This is just a "Thank You" to let you know just how much one of your purses can mean to someone.  This is my first quality (expensive) bag - and one that is not taken for granted.  I appreciate, most of all, the fact that you allowed me to swap the bag for one that I would use more.  A well fitting bag may be commonplace to you, as you work with them year round.  But it can be - and it is - a joy to use!!
